Specialist Services

A range of services are available to members and non members at the Rec Centre to assist them with keeping motivated, reaching personal goals, advancing optimal performance, and rehabilitating from injuries.

Individual and group consultations can be arranged to take place at the Rec Centre, sports ground or club rooms, or we can visit your home or business.
