REV Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling is a great way to burn fat, build and tone muscle, and increase cardiovascular endurance, while minimising stress to bones and joints.
REV classes are performed on a stationary bike and last for 45 minutes, with REV MAX classes lasting for one hour. Instructors hype the class up with pumping music and set the scene with imaginary hills and finish lines.
REV is included in all standard memberships; upgrades can be purchased with Off Peak, student specials and all group membership deals. Casual users are also welcome.
