Hip Hop Dance

If you love to dance and enjoy working out to funky hot music, Hip Hop Dance classes are for you. Our instructor brings you fresh, street smart choreography guaranteed to keep you sweating for more!

Our six week courses combine a perfect fusion of styles, incorporating jazz roots into a melting pot of hip hop and breaks, along with other fashionable dance genre. Increase your fitness, strength and flexibility through a range of easy routines. Many of the hip-hop movements isolate the abs, so this area really gets a good muscle-sculpting workout.

Our instructors use simple progressions and break down various steps. This gives you the chance to learn great dance moves, develop a funky dance style (which you can brandish on the dance floor at your favourite clubs), and boost your confidence.

Each class involves learning a dance routine, set to popular music (either rnb, pop, hip hop, breaks or funky house), no previous dance experience is required.

Wear clothing that won’t restrict your movement. This class will get your body temperature up, so wear t-shirts and trackies or shorts. Trainers are your best choice for footwear.
