Yoga

Yoga is a great way to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles and stretch away the stresses of the day! Both classes are taught by experienced Yoga Instructors and are suitable for beginners and intermediate.

Mats and equipment provided. Wear clothing that won’t restrict your movement. This class will get your body temperature up, so wear t-shirts and trackies or shorts. Footwear not required during class.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga focuses on dynamic connecting poses creating a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures whilst linking the movement to the breath. Essentially the breath dictates the movement and the length of time held in the postures. It also improves flexibility, as well as tendon and hard tissue strength.

Intro Yoga

This yoga class focuses on the development of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration and meditation, aiming to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being. Standing poses build strong legs, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination and balance.

The use of props allows beginners to experience asanas more easily and fully than might otherwise be possible. They can also aid students to enjoy the benefits of many postures via fully "supported" methods requiring less muscular effort.
