The easy-to-follow routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training combine to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.
Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes. The specific beats and tempo changes, transition the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another, thus targeting every major muscle group in your body.
Wear clothing that won’t restrict your movement. This class will get your body temperature up so wear something cool - we recommend t-shirts and leggings or shorts. The ideal footwear is dance trainers but regular trainers are fine - less tread is better to enable you to ‘slide’.
