- Includes a basic ‘how to’ for Rev classes, Pump, Step, BTT and all other group exercise classes
Endless Pool Intro
- How to use the pool, terms and conditions of use and how to make a booking
- Option - bring your swimsuit and have a go!
3 of 4 information seminars need to be completed. All evening seminars are 60mins and lunch seminars are 45mins in duration, with the exception of pool sessions which are 25mins. We recommend the relevant information seminars are completed ahead of the activity options. Timetable can be viewed online, for bookings please contact reception.
Please note: All sessions need to be signed off by the staff member supervising session.
